Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dosey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Dosey is developed and operated by The IT Dept Pty Ltd, a company registered in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

Description of Service

Dosey is a personal wellness tracking application designed to help users manage their GLP-1 medication schedules, track weight, and monitor their health journey. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit your personal information to external servers.

License & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the App
• Creating regular backups of your device to prevent data loss
• Using the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy of any information you enter into the App

Dosey+ Subscription

Dosey offers an optional premium subscription service ("Dosey+") that provides additional features. By subscribing to Dosey+, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: Dosey+ is available as a monthly ($6.99 AUD/month) or annual ($39.99 AUD/year) subscription
• Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to your chosen billing cycle
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

Medical Disclaimer

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any medication regimen. Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by The IT Dept Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Dosey name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of The IT Dept Pty Ltd.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The IT Dept Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device using your device's built-in backup features.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
